You have to chance to know your friend balance in tatadocomo
please follow following steps:
Dial 09045012345
select your language
Now press 1 if you are a Docomo Customer.
type docomo number of your friend that you want to know balance
Press 1 to confirm.
Now again press 1 to check his balance, if customer care says "to know your balance just type "BAL" and send it to 121",
